68 Inlaid Southern Cherry Hepplewhite Chest Inlaid Southern Cherry Hepplewhite Chest With overhanging top with satinwood string inlaid edge, solid ends, 4 graduated dovetailed drawers with applied cock-beaded edges and brass bale handles with stamped brass oval back-plates, and a dressing slide below top drawer, scroll cut front and side aprons, splayed French feet with sting inlaid quarter columns with lambs-tongue terminals and sting inlay above front apron, all secondary wood is butternut.  Circa 1810.  19 x 40 x 40" high. 75 America's Cup Yacht Portrait Painting America's Cup Yacht Portrait Painting Oil on artist board of the 1893 race American British yacht Vigilant, signed lower right "R. Mills", 10" x 15" in period frame, 14 1/2Fine early oval shape Native American carved burl bowl.  4" x 10 1/2" x 8 1/4" x 19 1/2". Vigilant was the victorious United States defender of the eighth America's Cup in 1893 against British challenger Valkyrie II. Vigilant was designed by Nathanael Greene Herreshoff and built in 1893 by the Herreshoff Manufacturing Company of Bristol, Rhode Island. She was Herreshoff's first victorious America's Cup defender design. Fine. 400 800

The earlier painting shows two young females at edge of swimming pool, the later painting shows forest scene with mountains, river with waterfalls and elk, interior printed label reads "Frank Holton & Co. Chicago", 25" diameter x 15" high, in fitted pressed heavy card stock lidded case with original leather handle. Minor wear, Very Good. 100 300
80 Period William & Mary Chest on Stand Period William & Mary Chest on Stand Circa 1700, mahogany  with oak secondary wood, top with thumb molded edge and two over three graduated drawers in top with hidden spring releases for two top drawers. Each drawer has cross-banded and string inlay and brass pulls, paneled sides. Base is a finely crafted replacement, as with nearly all of these period chests on stands with nicely baluster form turned legs and drop finials, with lilaid stretcher base and tuned feet.  38 x 29 3/4 x 59 1/2" high. 81 Small Early American Decorated Blanket Chest Small Early American Decorated Blanket Chest White pine with front and lid profusely decorated with figures in 18th century dress, folksy columns, compass star, and vining flowers on red ground with old over varnish. Boot-jack ends with folksy columns that match those on front and lid, original cotter-pin hinges and wrought iron keeper, lacks hasp, interior with till, lacking lid, likely New England.   Great small size.  28" x 14" x 16 1/2" high. As above & minor wear to paint, and varnish has darkened, as expected, with minor dents and nicks at margins, still Very Good. 800 1500
