287 EMMETT JOHN FRITZ (FLORIDA) OIL PAINTING Emmett John Fritz (Florida 1917-1995) southern scene 8" x 10" oil on board.  Signed lower right "Emmett Fritz".  He studied at the Pratt Institute  and in 1950 he moved to St. Augustine, Florida.  Fine condition.  
288 SIGNED F.E. NORTON WATERCOLOR Fine 8" x 12" watercolor with scene of home with chickens in yard.  Signed "F.E. Norton" lower right.  In original gold wash oak frame.  Ca. 1900.  Frame 18" x 21".  Fine condition.

290 SIGNED SR. M. LIGUORI OIL PAINTING Beautiful 22" x 12" oil on canvas of young girl drinking from fountain.  Ca. 1900.  Signed lower right "Sr. M. Liguori".  Original gold frame.  Slight 2" surface scratch; otherwise, excellent conditoin.  
291 DEAN JACKSON MEEKER (MADISON, WI) LITHOGRAPH Dean Jackson Meeker (Madison, Wisconsin, 1920-2002) 28" x 16" lithograph pencil signed lower right "Dean Meeker" and dated 64.  Dean Meeker was a printmaker painter and teacher.  He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago, Northwestern University, and the University of Wisconsin.  He exhibited at the Bostom Museum of Fine Arts and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.  Small 1/2" tear on side; otherwise, fine condition.  
292 WILLIAM MCKENDREE SNYDER (MADISON, IN) OIL PAINTING William McKendree Snider (Madison, Indiana, 1848-1930) 9" x 12" oil on canvas of beech trees.  Signed lower right.  William Meeker Snyder was one of the earliest artist to paint in Brown Co., Indiana in the 1870s.  Snyder was born in Liberty, Indiana in 1848.  He settled permanently in Madison, Indiana, where he specialized in dense forests, especially beech trees.  He studied in Cincinnati, New York, and Philadelphia.  Snyder fought in the Civil War on the Union side and reportedly survived the infamous Andersonville prisoner-of-war camp.  One of Indiana's premier artists.  Excellent condition and in original frame.

298 SIGNED VAN VREELAND WATERCOLOR A fine 12" x 18" watercolor of a Dutch harbor scene.  Signed "Van Vreeland" lower left.  A great watercolor in original gold frame.  Few minor chips to frame; otherwise, all in excellent condition.  
299 JOAN BEHRENS PORTFOLIO OF FASHION MAGAZINE ART Nine 22" x 15" signed watercolors, most of women fashion.  Eleven 20" x 15" pen and ink sketches for advertisements including Macy's.  Also other signed drawings.  Joan Behren did fashion ads for large department stores such as Macy's and also magazine work in the 1940's and 1950's.  
300 JOHN A. RUTHVEN SIGNED "BOBWHITE QUAIL" PRINT John Ruthven (American 1924 to Present) Cincinnati area artist.  Nationally, recognized wildlife artist.  Print titled "Bobwhite Quail", printed and pencil signed signature lower right and numbered 227/1000.  Upper left corner original printed Plate #V.  Some slight discoloration; otherwise, fine condition.  Print measures 16 1/2" w x 22" h, frame measures 22" w x 30 1/2" h. 
301 JOHN A. RUTHVEN SIGNED "MOURNING DOVES" PRINT John Ruthven (American 1924 to Present) Cincinnati area artist.  Nationally, recognized wildlife artist.  Print titled "Mourning Doves" printed and pencil signed by artist and numbered 98/500.  Lower left inscription reads "Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Knox Presbyterian Church, Cincinnati, Ohio, 1895-1995".  Fine condition in original frame.  Print measures 15" w x 12 1/4" h, frame measures 22 1/2" w x 19 3/4" h.  
302 LOT OF THREE JOHN A. RUTHVEN PRINTS Lot consists of three framed prints.  One being a white owl, one of two birds, and one of two panda bears.  Printed signatures only.  Panda bears print measures 3 1/4" w x 5" h. and the original frame is 9" w x 11" h. with some spots on matting, actual print is in good condition.  The two birds print measures 5" w x 6 1/4" h. and the original frame measures 10" w x 11 1/2" h.  Matting does have slight stain and print has couple of minor spots.  The owl print measures 7 3/4" w x 5 1/2" h. and the original frame is 13" w x 11" h. and is in fine condition.

310 SIX PANEL CURVED SLAG GLASS TABLE LAMP Six bent slag glass panels with basket of flowers overlay.  Original base with decoration.  21" h x 19" dia.  
311 SET OF SIX MAHOGANY EMPIRE CHAIRS Excellent set of six mahogany empire chairs with flame grained backs.  Ca. 1860.  Excellent finish.  33" h x 17" d x 18 w. 
312 SIGNED SORRENTO INLAID WOOD BOOK COVER  Wonderful felt lined cover with inlaid design of man pulling donkey's tail that is carrying vegetables etc.  Signed "Sorrento" on back.  Some chips to wood, mainly around edges.  12" x 17 1/2"  
313 ITALIAN INLAID EXTENDING BOOKRACK Beautiful bookrack with inlaid courting couple scene on bottom and man serenading on one side and lady with tambourine on other side.  All floral pierced carved with folding sides and extending bottom.  Few pieces of pierce carving missing on bottom extension; otherwise, fine condition.  6" h x 14" w. closed.  
314 WALNUT VICTORIAN HANGING MAGAZINE RACK Fine Victorian hanging magazine rack with carved floral decoration.  Highlighted with black ebony and gold.  One slight crack to right trim; otherwise, fine original condition.  18" h x 23" w.  
315 HANDPAINTED PORCELAIN PLAQUE OF TWO PARAKEETS  Signed "Therese".  Excellent condition.  8 x 10 1/4.

322 PAIR OF STAINED GLASS WINDOWS WITH JEWELS Pair of antique matching stained glass windows with center shield design and two jewels on each one, surrounded by clear textured glass with amber border.  Two lines; otherwise, fine condition.  Both windows are 17" h x 42" w.
